BioHello, I am Mortimur my friends and those close to me just call me Murie, but you may call me Kitty or Insane, and if you must use gender labeling I am male.
I adore sweet Lolita but am liable to love and wear any other style more, at the drop of a hat. But no matter what style I wear I happen to love "devour-all-in-my-path-fluffy" dresses and vibrant colours. Some find me to be a bit fickle, I have multiple personality "disorder" and manic depression. But thankfully I know how to deal with it all.
I live in Mesa Arizona and it is so beautiful! I love it here!
I first started getting into Lolita 4 years ago, Malice Mizer/Mana was my gateway into the land of frills and sweetness that is Lolita. I did three months of research before even attempting to wear a dress in public. And of course, just my luck, a very rude "weekend Lolita" came across me and told me that I was "disgracing Lolita" and that I should just stop... I was wearing an Alice dress, so of course I went back to researching and came across an article somewhere that talked about Lolita being about preserving innocents, being doll like, or even child like.
Which seems to be the concensis, and that's already what I do, what I've always done...
I am an artist, I write and draw, and do photography (I take most of my own pictures), and I even like to sing. Also I love my animals, I love to pamper them.
I have a cat named Cuddle "Bug", and an Elegant Red Earred Slider Turtle named Loreli, she has a smiling skull on her belly.
Hmm, what else, I don't really have a favorite colour, but my signature colour is pink usually hotpink. I love to eat, though I am supposed to be on a special diet. I am 5*7 currently though I should be like 5*8 or taller, but my spine isn't right-straight because I was always slouching down so my short friends didn't have to crane back their heads to look me in the eye... =x.x;=
Oh, yes, I am a furry, I wear a fox tail all the time, except when I am wearing my dresses because that would be silly!
I wear whatever I wake up and throw on, it usually depends on the weather and where I am going. I love going out, just to be out and meet people. When I lived back in Washington, I used to go down to the ferry terminal alot just to sit there and people watch at this little cafe down there. One time I walked there with Halie (dog I use to have that was afraid of rain) and it started to rain so we had to just sit there and wait for the rain to stop, that was such a lovely day.
If you haven't guessed it I love to talk.
I greatly desire to be "lifestyle Lolita", it suites me better than the lifestyle of the masses...and since I am basically starting a new life, I am looking into online "lifestyle Lolita" friends that can help me out, and give a little support...and since I am still working on my wardrobe I need lots of advice and whatnot and would love to make some good friends in the process!
